Carissa joined eLynx in January 2018 as a Sales Analyst and was promoted to Marketing Manager in March 2023. She specializes in business intelligence, data mining, finance and marketing. Her role includes conducting various types of research, lead gen reports, ad hoc reports, and content creation. Her previous eight years of experience includes working at a marketing consultation firm and as a business development analyst at a major hospital in Tulsa.

Carissa grew up on a horse farm, breaking horses ever since she can remember. She continues to ride and train horses almost every day of the week. Carissa competes in an equestrian sport called eventing, which involves horse trials with three different phases: dressage, show jumping, and cross-country.

When asked what she enjoys most about eLynx, Carissa said, "The people. They are like family."
